Every Post COVID Care facility offers different services and access to specialists. We have labeled each according to services offered: Multidisciplinary Long-Term Recovery (most comprehensive), Rehabilitation & Therapy (focus on rehabilitation) and Acute COVID-19 Recovery (focus on improved function after severe illness or hospitalization, often in-patient services). *Survivor Corps does not endorse any providers.

Rehabilitation & Therapy
The Center for Physical Therapy and Exercise (CPTE) Post Acute Covid Syndrome (PACS) PT-OT Rehabilitation Program is a well established program of occupational and physical therapists working with individuals dealing with the effects of Post Acute Covid Syndrome throughout Southern New Hampshire (with telehealth services available). The program follows the protocols and successful outcomes from a number of post-COVID rehabilitation programs across the United States. The proposed benefits of CPTE’s PACS PT-OT Rehabilitation Program include:

Bay State Physical Therapy Post-Acute COVID Care
Rehabilitation & Therapy
Bay State Physical Therapy is now providing care to support Post-Acute COVID Syndrome (PACS) patients by utilizing the Mount Sinai program model. The Post-Acute COVID Care provided by Bay State Physical Therapy is developed based on a multidisciplinary approach to aid COVID patients in their physical recovery in which physical therapy is identified as a critical component. Patients experiencing the functional impacts of PACS, and unable to return to their desired level of function, can benefit from supervised 1:1 care through Bay State.
For patients struggling to return to their desired functional level, physical therapy can help address deficits such as:
Navigating stairs.
Daily activities of living.
Recreational tasks.
Work-related activities.
Each individual's care is tailored to their needs and speed of their recovery. The services provided during care may include:
Balance and falls assessment
Exercises and telehealth therapy techniques to improve muscle function and range of motion
Treatment of joint stiffness and mobility
Aerobic exercise education and monitoring
Walking assessment to improve and normalize pattern and ensure safety with community ambulation
Education on current physical and functional level with respect to future goals and safe progression
