Every Post COVID Care facility offers different services and access to specialists. We have labeled each according to services offered: Multidisciplinary Long-Term Recovery (most comprehensive), Rehabilitation & Therapy (focus on rehabilitation) and Acute COVID-19 Recovery (focus on improved function after severe illness or hospitalization, often in-patient services). *Survivor Corps does not endorse any providers.

Madonna TherapyPlus now offers a specialty clinic to support patients who are experiencing long-lasting symptoms following a COVID-19 infection.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, Madonna has treated hundreds of patients requiring post-COVID rehabilitation. As this population and our experience with the disease grows, it has become clear that interdisciplinary, comprehensive services are vital in assisting patients to achieve a positive outcome and maximum functional gain.

The ​​Post-COVID Assessment Clinic provides care from the following health care professionals:
