Dr. Natalie J. Lambert, Research Professor, Indiana University School of Medicine, launched our latest Symptom Impact Survey last week. With your participation, we will share your symptoms and experiences with the world: to better understand what you are dealing with / going through and so that 'Long Haulers' can begin to receive the comprehensive medical care they need.
We made history last Sunday by having 3,000+ Symptom Impact Surveys completed! We can’t THANK YOU enough for being a part of this amazing effort, and we celebrate your commitment in submitting these detailed surveys that will provide such a rich data set.
DEADLINE EXTENDED!
We know this survey takes a long time to fill out, especially for those still suffering from lingering COVID-19 symptoms or debilitating brain fog.
Keep going, keep filling it out - and save your progress along the way. This Survey remains open until 9AM PDT Thursday, September 3 - for all who think or had COVID-19, and extra time for those having difficulty completing all sections.
